Wolfe Zgłoś #22 Napisano 2 Kwietnia 2020 This BCM supports that function? Do you have heating windcreen? Do you connect Pin B2 from CECM to Pin B23(white plug) in BCM? Cytuj Udostępnij tę odpowiedź Odnośnik do odpowiedzi Udostępnij na innych stronach

Answer for all your three questions is YES. I have looked a schemes for B6 and B7 and found that on B6 J47 relay (windscreen heater relay) 1PIN goes to ground, and B7 1PIN goes to SC15 fuse. Maybe here is the problem, but I did not find approvement for that... Cytuj Udostępnij tę odpowiedź Odnośnik do odpowiedzi Udostępnij na innych stronach
Wolfe Zgłoś #24 Napisano 2 Kwietnia 2020 Yep, saw this in ELSA, I agree with you, I have never seen this information in schemas. You can try, only relay can be broken down. Cytuj Udostępnij tę odpowiedź Odnośnik do odpowiedzi Udostępnij na innych stronach

BCM expects high level (close to +12V via relay's coil) at pin B23 during diagnostic phase, but it's got low level because the ground. This is the reason why you have the fault: "Signal... open or short to ground". sakiduz Zgłoś #26 Napisano 3 Kwietnia 2020 I get confirmation from two Russian guys who did that and it solves problem. So it is clear now. Now left only isolate hundreds of wires with tape and try to make lights work as it should for this time thanks guys. Wolfe Zgłoś #27 Napisano 3 Kwietnia 2020 @sakiduz I have a question. Where you connect pins F2 and D7 from CECM, which one pins connect to C13, C14, C31 and C34 in BCM? Cytuj Udostępnij tę odpowiedź Odnośnik do odpowiedzi Udostępnij na innych stronach

sakiduz Zgłoś #29 Napisano 3 Kwietnia 2020 I think all lights works ok now. The only problem is with front parking lights. They lights very very weak. Any idea whats wrong here? No faults about any of bulbs. Cytuj Udostępnij tę odpowiedź Odnośnik do odpowiedzi Udostępnij na innych stronach

sakiduz Zgłoś #34 Napisano 5 Kwietnia 2020 I am here again. Strange, but after rewiring front windshield heating relay error on the BCM still here. Open or Short to ground. Both pins on relay now gives 12V as in B7 scheme...But looking in measure values, relay is operating then button is switched on or off...
